In this role, you will provide skilled professional nursing care to patient/family/caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with regulations by the State Board of Registered Nursing and company policies when called upon after hours.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee and provide primary care, including all clinical care, palliative care, and symptom control and identify other physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients.
In this role, you will perform initial nursing screening and appropriate clinical assessment on all persons who present for an evaluation; recognize signs and symptoms of chemical dependency disorders and applies/utilizes appropriate treatment interventions.
