Use creative sourcing strategies (outside of traditional methods like sourcing on job boards); work collaboratively with internal sales team, the client and internal/external candidates to make the best match for all parties.
In this role, the selected candidate will make direct, proactive contact with desired corporate prospects at various organizational levels (C-suite to manager) via phone to initiate and cultivate new clients.
To provide operational & administrative support throughout the recruitment and on-boarding lifecycle in accordance with the recruiting guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements for the applicable region and business.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform direct recruiting and sourcing activities for open positions by creating and driving a collaborative sourcing strategy for non-exempt positions including, but not limited to: Drivers, Technicians, Mechanics, Operators, etc.
As a Search Consultant, you will learn a proprietary, unique system, and seek out and build relationships with clients and candidates while working closely with both throughout the entire hiring process.
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
