The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate and maintenance project solutions for clients, in a highly detailed and safety orientated environment with direct accountability for project delivery.
This Senior Project Manager will manage the design of City and County roadway infrastructure including street, storm sewer, traffic signal, signing/striping, traffic control, lighting, pedestrian and other associated infrastructure design.
Lead the effort in developing and launching multiple new applications, maintaining and improving existing applications. Maintain the project schedule and communicate the current status of the projects in flight.
he Manager of Projects is responsible for the overall quality and timeliness of the work of all engineering and construction personnel assigned to the project including the coordination of the discipline leads, Project Engineers, Project Engineering Managers and Construction Managers.
Ensures that the product development process abides by all defined cross-disciplined standards, meets the intent and letter of Phased Review Discipline and all compliance and regulatory needs of the applicable markets.
Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including working with the resource manager for resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes, testing, documenting training and on-time, on budget and on-scope delivery.
Manage the day to day operations of all projects; includes daily communication to all internal and external stakeholders by initiating emails, leading weekly project status meetings, and conducting on-site project kick-off and closeout meetings.
Work with the CRM Global Director to co-develop and manage the strategic management of CRM programs that meet business objectives through analysis, optimization and segmentation. Quantify the business impact of the programs developed and continue to enhance performance over time.
