In this role, the selected candidate will oversight of sample testing, process validation and equipment selection would follow (with the help of a process engineer, if required). Issuing sales proposals, conducting sales negotiations and monitoring contract execution complete the list of responsibilities.
The Training Operations Manager will be responsible for all Training operations. This includes day to day training event resourcing and management, reporting weekly on KPIs and other business related analytics, maintaining and documenting operational processes and managing the overall learning operational infrastructure and systems.
