In this role, the selected candidate will evaluate Code compliance and application for all applicable codes to include Life Safety, Uniform Building Codes, NASA specific Codes and standards. Many other codes and standards will be a requirement of many of the IDIQ Projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan and execute capital improvement projects for expansion and/or upgrade of aluminum extrusion and rolling mill facilities. Develop project scope, feasibility, cost estimates and schedule.
This role will lead a team directly & indirectly driving a certain business unit within the plant. We need a proven operations professional with strong abilities in people management, materials, equipment, training, project management and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will establish efficient production schedules to manage operation to meet customer service level agreements. Includes work assignments, shift rotations, training, vacations, breaks, overtime and back-up for absent employees. Maintain effective communications with team members and all support departments.
