The Incident Response Analyst would create appropriate documentation, processes, and response plans to identify security incidents, contain attacks, investigate intrusion vectors, eradicate infections, recover affected systems, disclose responsibly to stakeholders, and provide lessons learned to the enterprise.
Provide security architecture and design consultations to product teams; architect, design, implement, support, and evaluate security tools and services, in an individual and/or project leadership role.
Design, implement, and monitor security measures for the protection of Infrastructure Systems and Services which include: Cloud Computing Environment, Virtualized Wintel/Solaris/Linux Environments, and foundational core services like AD, DNS, IPAM etc.
Ensure critical and high risk applications are unified under a single unified IAM platform. Responsible for risk reduction, business enablement, and operational efficiencies with a major focus on security and compliance.
Manage, resolves and documents issues and events related to system and environment availability.
Learn new applications, Dell-specific technologies, system behavior and business processes as they relate to customer needs.
Attend specification meeting with project team workers to determine scope and limitations of project; work closely with other team members, application developers, and business process owners throughout the organization.
This IT Security Analyst (Awareness and Training) is overall responsible for our security awareness and training program. Ultimately this person's job is to reduce risk to our organization by ensuring all employees, staff and contractors know,understand and follow our security requirements and behave in a secure manner.
