The HR Service Center Manager is part of the shared services team and is responsible for managing and, at times, performing a variety of administrative and technical human resources activities in support of employees and managers and the Human Resources Centers of Excellence.
In this role, you will work with district leadership to develop work environments, effect culture change, and produce working conditions which maximize effective use of human potential and result in maximum productivity, profitability, employee morale and retention.
In this role, you will ensure the integrity of the data in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and facilitate the use of the system by ensuring users are trained and information can be retrieved and manipulated efficiently.

Consult, coach and execute with the business to identify, develop and drive key human capital initiatives such as leadership development, succession planning, global talent acquisition, and rewards and recognition.
This HR Manager position will focus primarily on providing customer-centric HR consulting support within the Region. Heavy emphasis is placed on employee relations and other activities which include: employee development; and compliance.

In this role, the selected candidate directs entire recruitment process for selection of high caliber candidates for exempt, non-exempt, and manufacturing positions to meet staffing plans and objectives; administers multiple recruiting strategies working with internal & external resources from initial sourcing through assimilation for open positions.
