Facilitates periodic BD review meetings with each business developer and seller-doer within KSA to review leads, monitor and direct activities, coordinate between service groups, review planned BD time and expenditures.
The Sales Director will have responsibility for growing the current inside sales team as well as providing leadership and strategy to the 20+ outside sales account executives in the greater Texas market.
The Sales Director works with the Bypass revenue team to educate customers, scope new projects and close business opportunities. The role requires pipeline management and both inside and outside sales activity.

The incumbent will develop and drive growth for pipeline solutions in the Americas through development of key customers, identification of new applications/solution, business concepts, partnerships, and investments, that will enable SLN ON to reach its revenue targets by 2020.
