The Capital and Contract Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and negotiating the purchase of all clinical capital equipment and services for Hospital System. The position requires a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with various committees, executives, physicians, as well as department management and staff to obtain best pricing for capital equipment, services and associated supplies.
In this role, the selected candidate performs highly advanced consultative services and technical assistance work to provide strategic life cycle planning and management of software assets and software licenses for the client.
This position will work in the Contract Administration Group reporting to the Contract Administration Manager. The administrator is the initial point of contact within the contracts group ensuring that new counterparties are set up in a timely manner and that master contracts are sent out as requested, set up in the system when executed then attached to applicable deals when needed.
Review of all document submissions, including proposals and estimates, while ensuring compliance with the contract; TINA; the Contractors approved business systems; and, Client/Government requirements, rules, processes or regulations.
