The Geotechnical Construction Project Manager- will be responsible for the overall management of geotechnical construction projects; this position will work primarily from the corporate office in Houston but also include travel to construction sites as needed to execute project management, work closely with clients and oversee the work.
The role of the Construction Manager is to plan, execute and finalize field construction projects according to strict specifications, schedules and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. Directs and supervises activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals.
The PROJECT MANAGER will act as the liaison between Flintco, the owner representatives, major subcontractors, architects and engineers, and provides valuable input based on his/her construction expertise to benefit the project.
