Direct the execution of all aspects of projects, including: pre-bid meetings and proposal preparation, project start-up, contract and change order management, project controls, materials buy-out, subcontractor management and cash flow management.
The role of the Construction Manager is to plan, execute and finalize field construction projects according to strict specifications, schedules and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The Geotechnical Construction Project Manager- will be responsible for the overall management of geotechnical construction projects; this position will work primarily from the corporate office in Houston but also include travel to construction sites as needed to execute project management, work closely with clients and oversee the work.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the completion of construction documents and assure accordance with lease and/or contract requirements; work with the city to obtain permits /entitlements.
The purpose of this position is to oversee construction, planning and design for individual market locations. The Sr. Construction Manager is responsible for new unit developments and remodel construction.
