Will be responsible for the ongoing development and assessment of the quality of patient care for the Cancer Center.The RN Clinical Coordinator will assist with the standardization and efficiency of care for patients in the Cancer Center throughout the continuum of patient care.

The Regional Clinic Charge Nurse provides direction and coordinates shift activities to a patient care team engaged in providing nursing care within the clinic. Hires, directs, evaluates and terminates nursing staff in accordance with established polices and state and federal requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for designs, develops and/or delivers training to address identified needs or gaps in performance or knowledge. Trainings will support patients, physicians,and health care providers by providing recurrent, tactical, customer service and client specific programs which could be delivered through a variety of mediums to support the business need (classroom, webcasts, etc.).
