The clinical coordinator is responsible for the delivery of safe, quality care of dialysis treatments by assisting the clinical manager with oversight of the centers operations and by providing direct patient care.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide all study related coordination including writing, submission and maintenance of protocols; develop and maintains a processing and tracking system for all protocol related paperwork.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with technical staff to assist with development and testing of reports and information systems; prepares reports and conducts analyses of cost and quality care performance; assure appropriate tracking of program participants.
In this role, you will monitor and document weekly progress and provide validation feedback to the new clinical teammate, facility administrator, facility preceptor, and the Director of Clinical Services.
In this role, the selected candidate will collect research patient data: vital signs, blood draws, history and subjective current status; assists with selected administrative duties as determined by fellow research team members.
In this role, the selected candidate will review clinical information for all appeals utilizing nationally recognized criteria to determine medical necessity of services requested; prepare reviews for cases that did not meet criteria.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as LRT liaison with all participants, family members, physicians and other study personnel; discusses and explains normal and abnormal results with study participants.
