In this role, you will perform duties related to the day-to-day operations of the High Risk Case Management functions to include working with members identified as high risk to identify needs and goals to achieve empowerment and improved quality of life.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive ongoing case management services to Texas Childrens Health Plan members by coordinating and managing care of high risk members in order to meet multiple service needs across the continuum of care, ensure optimal member outcomes that address quality, service, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness.

This role is responsible for providing overall leadership, administration, and coordination of patient care services for the department of Respiratory Care in both in-patient and out-patient settings where Respiratory Care is administered.
The Manager, Respiratory Care, is responsible for managerial functions including: planning, coordinating, controlling, directing, and evaluating patient services by the Department of Respiratory Care and the personnel responsible for the delivery of those services.
In this role, the successful candidate will provide ongoing evaluation of employee roles and determining opportunities for role advancement; support and determine operations issues for new programs as needed.
