The Sales Representative for the Americas region is primarily responsible for customer interface and customer satisfaction. The Sales Representative also develops new customer relationships consistent with target market and service level strategies, interfaces with customers and represents the voice of the customer within the Plastics and Resins Business Unit.
Work with sales representatives to creatively define solutions and positioning that leverage existing capabilities and resources in order to meet customer business requirements and exceed expectations.
Maintain relationships with established big-box retailers to drive margin and improve the stores operational efficiency; work in a fun, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you will make a difference for customers we serve.
Responsible for consulting with direct sales teams and customers to provide technical expertise regarding the design, customization, implementation and account management of technical products/services/applications/solutions.
Cultivate and develop new business through interaction with existing and potential customers through various selling practices including but not limited to in person meetings, telephone calls, and email.
The Sales Representative is responsible for the identifying market opportunities, generating new sales, and continual promotion of products for the retail channel division within the assigned territory.
Work closely with current customers, in your own defined territory, to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within your assigned territory.
