In this role, you will lead a functional area or sub-functional area at the business unit, regional or corporate level and evaluate employee performance on difficult work assignments and recommend development opportunities as necessary.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop, manage and execute regional offer catalog delivering regional brand plan. Lead transition planning from current to new platforms, minimizing supply excess costs in the process.
This person will work on the Demand Generation team and be responsible for all aspects of lead management operations including our marketing automation tool, its integration with our CRM, as well as improving our email communication vision by testing and optimizing email campaigns to drive conversion, retention, and reactivation of prospects and customers.
In this role, you will provide regular feedback to Site Director and other members of the management team regarding current operational performance. Escalate issues appropriately and in real-time including, but not limited to, financial,performance, and human resources issues.
This role is inherently cross-functional you will work closely with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, operations, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our customer experience.
