The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing a group of Sales Representatives dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales objectives and to making Novartis the preferred partner in the Oncology community.
Plans, develops and implements strategies and marketing programs by performing the following duties personally or through a team of sales professionals to insure that our products are represented and serviced in all accounts.
In this role, you will engages in and supports strategic account reviews, critical opportunity reviews, executive level meetings, presentations. Serves as permanent account team member on at least five strategic accounts.
Sales and service support will include dealer training, provision of sales and marketing collateral, motivation, issue resolution, marketing and advertising support, as well as goal setting, or termination.
