This position will be responsible for administrative support to the technical staff with general administrative duties such as greeting visitors and clients, coordinating/scheduling meetings, scheduling travel arrangements for staff, preparing expense reports, and drafting memos and letters to clients.

The position requires flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside clients and vendors.
In this role, the candidate will call handling responsibilities to include answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, taking messages and screening and handling calls appropriately.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level, administrative support to several busy senior level executives within the company: Including, but not limited to, managing their schedule, meetings and travel.
