This position will involve assisting three members of the Senior Management Team. Responsibilities to include: managing calendars, scheduling meetings, video conferences, trainings (external/or internal), and group events.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level, administrative support to several busy senior level executives within the company: Including, but not limited to, managing their schedule, meetings and travel.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide backup legal and administrative support to additional members of the Intellectual Property Law Group, including the Managing Counsel, as needed in times of heavy demands and/or absence of other team members.
In this role, the selected candidate will enhance sales leaders effectiveness by providing information, system and administrative management support, supporting and representing the executive to others.
