The Engineer II responsibilities include design and preparation of Engineering Work Orders for all growth whether Land developments, new buildings, single line requests, Government & Safety, Preservation, Rehab, DSL, GPON, FTTN, FTTH, FTTT, Road Relocation, augmentation projects and circuit/special circuit requests. Utilizing the following tools; Bidmaster/Fireworks, NDS, ARMOR, WFMT, TIRKS.
In this role, you will be responsible for start-up testing and performance testing which includes reviewing plant engineering documents and P&IDs, performing testing and troubleshooting on plant systems and equipment.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and improve aluminum joining methods, including fusion welding, Friction Stir Welding (FSW), and EMPT; develop and improve protocols for the use of adhesives and mechanical fasteners in aluminum joining.
In this role, you will maintain positive interaction with Internal and External customers; maintain open conversation with Planning and all company departments providing high quality of service to the customers. Manage workload for a given area.
