In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of projects, possibly including water system master plans, hydraulic distribution system modeling, water audits, water quality studies, disinfection, water supply sustainability, fire flow capacity, energy evaluations, water main replacement analysis, water vulnerability and emergency response, and Safe Drinking Water Program audits.
In this role, the selected candidate will engage customers to gather job requirements and translate customer requirements in to detailed manufacturing/kitting instructions and shipping/postal instructions for disposition of the customers products.
In this role, you will participate in project interviews, provides high-level client service, establishes long-term partnerships, keeps abreast of market trends, and ensures resolution of all technical and service issues.
In this role, you will assist in the development of CRM best practices and strategies on a global basis for the organization. Responsibilities include working closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, GIS, Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Harley-Davidson international offices, to integrate their needs and plans into CRM project plans.
In this role, the selected candidate works with the Marketing and Creative teams in developing long-term plans for requested projects; communicates those resource concerns to decision makers and gives recommendations.
