In this position, you will lead within marketing and with other key departments (e.g., engineering, sourcing, supply chain, legal, creative services, market research) to develop and launch product and packaging innovations based on consumer needs and market opportunities/ trends.
In this role, the selected candidate will work cross functionally with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, planning and the regions to ensure appropriate product, cost points, inventory levels, lead times and supply agreements are in place for the successful growth of assigned product.

develop and lead implementation of marketing plan. In collaboration with the brand, the Marketing Manager will develop an integrated marketing plan, ensuring alignment of messages and optimizing outcome.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for product support including advertising, trade shows, product literature guidance, sales and technical staff training plans to achieve business objectives.
In this position, you will provide Sales team with effective selling tools such as product specifications, benefits and features, competitive comparisons, consumer insights and liaison with category management.
