The Engineer will provide technical direction and engineering support in the development and sustaining of generator sets. Technical scope includes a working knowledge of thermodynamics, internal combustion engines, static and dynamic stress analysis as well as an understanding of electrical theory.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a support arm to Implementation and Onboarding functions, as a technical consult for Sales, and as the escalation point for support cases requiring greater technical investigation.
Develop and implement sales plans on new opportunities with the direction of the Manager Sales I/II including documenting ROI after the closure of the program. Establish, maintain and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in SFDC.
In this role, the successful candidate will provide support to customers of multi-platform production systems within client/server and mainframe environments communicate problems either orally or in writing to the shift supervisor or team.
In this role, you will provide technical support to Marketing, Manufacturing, and Service regarding sales opportunities, system integration issues, product commissioning, customer problems, and equipment application issues.
Demonstrated knowledge of general ITS and traffic operations principles, including traffic incident management; participates in periodic Traffic Incident Management (TIM) meetings, Critical Incident Reviews and other TIM activities and ensure appropriate interagency coordination.
