This position is responsible for professional assistance and scientific counsel in the areas of process development, process design, manufacturing line layout, throughput, product quality, and line efficiency for assigned businesses within Kerry Americas organization.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, developing and improving manufacturing processes through the implementation of new and/or improved manufacturing equipment and systems, and development of manufacturing work cells.
The Process Engineer will have extensive interaction with our customer base, sales personnel, production engineers, manufacturing personnel and service technicians to provide technical solutions for our customers' air emission control needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide documentation packages for the successful completion of projects; develop equipment specifications and documentation that meets clients design requirements.

The Process Engineer (Painting Line) will review and monitor painting line performance, including on-going quality and performance metrics. The Process Engineer will also troubleshoot and resolve application issues, as well as paint line operational issues.
The Product/ Process Engineer will analyze and evaluate the structure of various metals. The Product/ Process Engineer will also develop, document and implement new production procedures and protocols for the plant.
In this role, you will keep abreast of latest injection molding technology and make recommendations for the purchase of all molding related equipment. This may include the writing of the justification for purchase.
The Process Engineer will participate in process improvement projects, investigate and correct quality related issues, train team members on the technical aspects of producing quality ferrous investment castings.
In this role, you will participate in the design of a process unit, including establishing process design basis, development of process options and optimization of selected design. The selected candidate will develop a process flow diagram to define heat and material balance.
The Process Engineer III is responsible to support the process and equipment development for the detector assemblies. Also to work on the demonstration, verification and production ramp-up of tooling and equipment used to fabricate high precision x-ray sensitive devices.
