The Manufacturing Business Unit Manager position is responsible for directing and managing plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production related activities.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the engineering staff and activities among the production units in the plant, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and materials engineering.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and lead a maintenance team/contractors, develop a preventative maintenance schedule, procure inventory/parts, and support line/equipment change-overs with the production team.
The AME Manager will provide team leadership, planning, and execution of GEHC test initiatives impacting new product introductions (NPI), existing manufacturing test processes (Lean Test), and standard test platform/brilliant deployment (Genesis).
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the Manufacturing Engineering team. You will also have responsibility for requesting, approving, and installing custom capital equipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR Team to include training, developing, guiding, monitoring, coaching and counseling. Develops teamwork and cross-functionality. Promotes a spirit of customer service to the entire plant. Promotes the achievement of continuous improvement in performance levels.
In this role, the selected candidate will generate scorecards and reports for all aspects of plant quality, not limited to and including VOC, CARs, SCARs, COAs, on-time and in-full deliveries, SPC reporting, losses, product safety, internal, third party & customer audits and change control processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and troubleshooting of equipment and develop plans and process improvement; Scheduling, planning, and development of the maintenance staff and excellent communication and leadership skills.
In this role, you will provide direction and leadership to ensure all manufacturing - operating objectives are accomplished in accordance with the company's financial targets. The individual in this position is expected to continually strive to maximize plant operations and productivity, machine utilization, labor productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction with finished goods and their delivery.
