In this role, you will obtain patient history and performs assessment via observation, interview and examination. Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic studies. Performs preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and patient care.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the caregiver practices; must have two years of experience in providing and coordinating care for patients with acute, critical and chronic health conditions as a nurse practitioner.
In this role, the selected candidate will
provide competent medical care to patients within the Nurse Practitioner/Physician relationship; exercise autonomy in medical decision making and provides a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services.
This person will play a key role in delivering industry-leading care to patients with breast, prostate, lung, colorectal, hematologic and other cancer diagnoses. In addition, this person will engage patients in all aspects of care spanning prevention, treatment, and maintenance.
This position will include working collaboratively with physicians, other associate providers, and nursing/support staff in a state-of-the-art Emergency facility, providing urgent care/fast-track services.
