In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and expansion of your assigned customer base within an assigned territory for veterinary supplies, products, & programs. This includes achieving annual sales, revenue, and gross profit goals within a specified territory.
The Professional Sales Representative (PSR) engages health care professionals (HCPs) in face to face discussions to promote assigned client product(s), maximize the product(s) selling potential and meet program and Client objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing strategically targeted accounts and building specific business plans which reflect an in-depth understanding of local, regional and national market forces impacting product sales.
In this role, the selected candidate will achieve territory sales goals by promoting products and services to physicians and other medical personnel within assigned geography, educate customers on the use, characteristics, advantages, indicated treatments and all other developments related to promoted products.
In this role, the successful candidate will work 5 days in the field each week, supported by office time as needed for call planning, customer follow-up, preparing presentations, making appointments, report generation, etc.
