The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and managing all capital, maintenance budgets and regulatory requirements. The Engineering and Maintenance Manager will provide direction in the areas of process improvement, cost reduction, quality, and equipment reliability.
The primary role of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager will lead, plan, organize, and direct the manufacturing engineering functions to support John Crane Engineered Bearings product engineering standards, safety, cost, quality, and on-time delivery objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and troubleshooting of equipment and develop plans and process improvement; Scheduling, planning, and development of the maintenance staff and excellent communication and leadership skills.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan and execute capital improvement projects for expansion and/or upgrade of aluminum extrusion and rolling mill facilities; develop project scope, feasibility, cost estimates and schedule.
