Provide business analysis and process design expertise in the Transportation Management or Supply Chain Logistics functional areas including the analysis, and redesign of application package functions and processes.
In this role, you will create and work with team in developing an overall testing strategy, including phases of testing to be conducted, roles and responsibilities, test data, environments and user acceptance testing.
Work with the DCHU and Support teams to ensure the compliance of the complaint handling program to ensure complaints are identified, processed, and investigated per internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Facilitates business requirements explanation and analysis as well as documenting outcomes. Models business processes and extracts business rules from those processes. Identifies, specifies and documents functional test cases.
In this role, you will be tasked with strategically designing and implementing information systems and networking software architectures that support core organizational functions, and assure their high availability.
