The HR Business Partner is responsible for HR activities across multiple manufacturing sites and /or within a significant business segment.This position will serve as a strategic business partner to the VPs of Operations.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist with the administration of executive compensation and benefit plans including, but not limited to, non-qualified defined benefit and contribution programs, deferred compensation, equity awards, annual incentive plans and financial planning.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources including, but not limited: employee recruitment, retention, and development; employee counseling/mentoring; employee relations and welfare; wage and salary analysis; workload coordination and scheduling; legal compliance; and policy, procedure and process development.
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety and personnel research.
