In this role, the selected candidate will test and evaluate effectiveness, segment, develop campaigns, and ultimately support sales by driving aggressive efforts to create interest and demand and produce leads.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the financial performance of the property and the achievement of property sales and profit objectives; including, management of the profit and loss statement at the property level, deposits, accounting and more.
As a GM, you will be expected to create improvement initiatives to meet/exceed key business objectives. This is accomplished through executing a balance of immediate and long term objectives while delivering focused results on process efficiencies, customer satisfaction and maintaining a happy and motivated workforce.
