The Director of Sales possesses the overall responsibility for total revenue and yield strategies, implementation and results including group and transient rooms, group food and beverage, meeting room rental, local catering, outlet, and other revenues.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate and lead primary meetings and discussions continuously throughout Business Development process, i.e., cold calls, weekly timeline-update calls and strategy meetings regarding future business and projected closings.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and grow both existing and new business in order to meet company goals and expectations for ground expedite and air charter. This will require Face to Face meetings with customers throughout a defined region and within many vertical markets.
In this role, you will be responsible, in conjunction with the Director of Sales & Marketing, for the management, coordination, and execution of items related to all catering sales operation of the hotel, including all catering sales solicitation efforts for the property.

This position will be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategy for AXS within the region and will play a key role in developing future growth plans as well as providing vision, direction and leadership to the AXS sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible to align all business objectives with goals of maximizing profit contributions, including a actionable sales strategy and vision that will maximize profit or market share.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the sales process involving the sale of software platforms and related services to senior level decision makers within large complex government organizations.
