Assist the Director Mergers & Acquisitions in the identification, research, evaluation, due diligence review and integration of acquisitions, partnerships, investments and other business ventures on a global basis, across all business groups (K&B, Power, Interiors and Hospitality & Real Estate).
Conduct research on human resources issues, such as employment law, employee benefits and workers' compensation. Assist in preparing documents for real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions and dispositions.
Manage certainpublic company compliance documentation, including but not limited to all NYSEreporting requirements, D&O questionnaires, Section 16 insider tradingfilings, annual meeting documentation, proxy and meeting timeline and agendarequirements.
Develop information, reporting and analysis to business lines as defined by agreed requirements. Includes creating stored procedures in sql, developing report and dashboards following departmental standards and presenting information solution to business users.
