Helps build the vision, strategy and goals under the directions of the Director, across the Business and HR Structure. As changes occur in the BT&S Organization this role needs to ensure world-class continuous improvement is inherent across HR & the business.
In this role, you will create, develop and manage a project to completion; incorporate innovative and creative solutions to develop system enhancements or implement new systems, always working to increase efficiencies, eliminate or reduce the risk of error and reduce cost.
The ADS Process Improvement Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of system process improvements. This position will assist in the creation, development, testing, implementation and monitoring of system changes and upgrades.
