The customer continuous improvement (ci) manager is focused on creating and leading customer-facing continuous improvement initiatives for top tier clients, consisting of end-to-end cost reduction improvements in the manufacturing process and/or broader integrated merchandising supply chain.
In this role, you will drive the execution of the sites continuous improvement initiatives designed to eliminate non-value added activities while improving operational excellence. Assists in the identification and proliferation of manufacturing best practices. Will be responsible for the support of an operational excellence culture throughout all plant operations with emphasis on sustainable development.
In this role, you will partner with Business Process Owners to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, validate process design decisions and eliminate non-value added waste while improving customer defined value.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as part of site leadership team, participating in strategy, decisions between Operations/Commercial/Quality teams, and driving metric reporting and improvements as assigned.
