In this role, you will be responsible for
assuring client information and employee data is accurate and up-to-date in payroll and on vendor sites. Reviewing payroll, timekeeping and other information to detect and reconcile discrepancies.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and administer various compensation programs, policies and procedures; make recommendations to ensure the company's compensation programs enhance the company's ability to recruit and retain employees.
The Health and Welfare Benefits Manager is responsible for the analysis, implementation, enhancement, implementation and operation of all plans available to ManpowerGroup employees. Also works in collaboration with the Manager of Retirement Plans to ensure seamless processing for new hires, transfers, re-hires, terminations, open enrollment, and in the implementation of plan offerings and/or changes.
This position is responsible for directing the administrative activities associated with a broad range of benefit plans including welfare plans, retirement plans, leave programs and related data analysis.
