This Training Specialist position is responsible for leading the development of training materials in accordance with the DOE instructional system design (ISD) process utilizing the Systematic Approach to Training and the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process.
In this role, you will be responsible to source and manage the orientation content of the onboarding process. Create, administer and manage all related documents, forms and policies used in the onboarding program.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expertise in the instructional design and development of training for non-technical groups. Through the application of sound principles of communication and instructional technology, provides stand-up training or facilitation for management, new hire and other business-related courses.
