Organize, prepare, and conduct complex training and educational programs for information systems or user personnel. Design and develop inhouse programs. Maintain records of training activities, employee progress, and program effectiveness. Work on the highest phases of information systems training.
This person would be responsible for identifying impacts of our initiatives and development of additional Merchandising capabilities as well as creating and executing the associated change management and training plans. You will work with a diverse set of colleagues, including project managers, business analysts, training and delivery specialists, software developers and management from both Merchandising and IT.
