The Voice Sales Engineer will work closely with direct and channel sales groups to drive product growth and close Voice deals. This individual will partner with Account Managers on account planning, joint sales calls, and product demonstrations.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting pre- and post-sales activities, including qualifying customer technical requirements, proposing solutions from our clients portfolio, and architectonic custom cloud solutions where appropriate.
The qualified candidate will have excellent writing skills, a healthy technical knowledge of IT domains and the ability to translate technical content into easy-to-understand training. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have training, instructional design or technical documentation experience. Above all, you will have a passion for learning.
As a Virtualization Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and matching technology opportunities with a customers business issues and objectives, as well as channel partner training & enablement.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the overall sales success of the target markets by ensuring the maximum penetration of Companys products (primarily lasers) and services to each account and grow revenue in these markets through gaining share at existing customers, targeting and developing new customers and by expanding the overall market by identifying new opportunities and market trends.
Support Business Development and Sales activities through customer interaction with prospects to understand their technical requirements, identify potential solutions utilizing Kymeta products as well as third party products, and suggest network, hardware and software service combinations to identify optimized satellite communication solutions.
The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies that meet the targeted sales plan. Will initiate new and service existing relationships within the West Coast, Southwest, and Inter-Mountain region.
