This role will own designing, overseeing and implementing Amazons global HR products that will include features like salary structures, staffing needs with cost controls, and help ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organizations overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
You will dive into the product and business details, and will not be afraid of rolling up your sleeves and get your hands dirty to deliver on the experience that our customers expect and deserve and on the business outcomes that demonstrate that we have done our job.
As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for defining and driving our product road maps. You will work with in-house scientists, global supply chain and retail organizations, data-engineers and software teams to identify new features and projects.
Develop the future S & T vision and strategy, with inputs from scientific leaders, of potential breakthrough environmental molecular science capabilities to enhance EMSL missions and scientific impact.
This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and the ideal candidate has a technical background as well as experience with product management and product marketing management; experience working across Marketing, Sales and Engineering groups within an organization.
Building a complete marketing plan, including branding, marketing, distribution, PR plan, and communications strategy, including execution of the plan through the various launches on the AWS Mobile roadmap.
