In this position, you will provide 2nd level support on escalated workstation, telephony, and mobile related issues and requests. Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail, IM/chat, and social tools, to provide technical support.
This position is responsible for ensuring enterprise-wide project design is complete from the customer touchpoints (UIs) all the way through to the backend systems such as billing and 3rd Party systems including post-transaction capabilities such as reporting, accounting, taxation and commissions.
The Technical analysts use a variety of databases, software applications, and other tools to identify, assimilate, examine, interpret, and evaluate information to determine the nature, function, interrelationships, capabilities, and intent based on indicators developed through the use of automated data collection tools.
