In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the administration of all Windows servers as well as management of Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy Objects and networking monitoring (SolarWinds & Nagios). You will also be responsible for managing patching through SCCM.
In this role, the selected candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems, and maintain detailed records of symptoms and steps taken to resolve in the helpdesk database. Appropriately escalate infrastructure related issues to the IT Manager.
In this role, you will support/maintenance of scheduled and ad-hoc jobs, processes and any impacted upstream/downstream processes. Experience with Hyperion system installation, upgrades and version patching.
