This individual will excel in managing and navigating cross-functional efforts and partnering with buying, design, customer experience and marketing analytics teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage branded social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) on clients behalf; monitor conversations across social media and address important mentions in real-time through engagement, escalation, or documentation.
