Develop communication and coordination mechanisms to standardize service delivery, expectations, standards and program evaluation. Represents nursing in team district, division and Coop-wide decision making forums.
Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that current Store needs are being addressed (product health), while future Stores roadmap and programs are minimally impacted (concurrency mitigation)
Develop metrics and service level agreements for core programs and transactions, track delivery against program objectives, identify HR Ops headcount requirements, lead improvement initiatives and encourage a culture of efficiency, innovation, and customer service.
Perform duties related to the day-to-day operations of the Service Management functions for Foster Care members to achieve the highest possible levels of functioning and wellness by ensuring consistent, timely access to medically necessary behavioral health services.
