In this role, you will be responsible for the building and ongoing management of the WW sales case queue, both in maintaining response time SLA but also in resolving the issues presented within the queue.
In this role, you will be assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks. Provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new applications or enhancements to existing systems.
In this role, you will identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements; perform data entry, data management, and pricing calculations.
This position will be responsible for data sourcing, data collection, analysis, maintenance, and reporting of both internal FRED HUTCH data and external market and environmentally-focused data in addition to supporting overall BDIR marketing activities.
