Develops a comprehensive understanding of clients needs, based on the review and analysis of personal and business financial data gathered through relationship reviews and personal meetings. Participates in ongoing relationship reviews with all clients.
Provide service to customers with regard to account information, questions, problems, education or other requests. Facilitates problem resolution with specialized units and responds to customers when necessary.
The SBA RM will be responsible for functions that align with the Key Sales Process (Pipeline & Opportunity Management, Needs Assessment, Present/Pitch, Fulfillment, and Follow Up) in daily work to create a positive Client Experience.

This role may work with executive-level leadership within the studio community, and cross-functionally with content acquisition, vendor management, merchandising, engineering, content processing, legal, finance, and accounting teams.
