Provide oversight of delegation of the assessment and reassessment of patients, including updating of care plans and interpreting patient needs, while adhering to Company, physician, and/or health facility procedures/policies.
Provides regular feedback to clinic management regarding RN clinical performance and participates in formal peer evaluation process as requested; assists with the nursing, MA, and clinical elements of onboarding new clinics.
Responsible for physician relations, communications, management of all non - provider staff ( clinical matters will include direction from the affected provider ), practice revenue cycle management, Site - Specific Action Plans ( SSAPs ), physical clinic, operations, education and training, supply inventory, etc.
The COM works closely with the providers and other medical center leaders to assure implementation of clinical, ancillary, and business services in a way that meets or exceeds standards while providing an excellent patient experience across all services.
Collaborate with Director, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Medical Director, Physicians, and clinical staff to manage, assess and enhance the provision of patient care services with the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU)
Accountable for development and continuous evaluation and assessment of population management programs, tools and delivery of care coordination services. Collaborates with system and regional leadership to optimize processes and metrics.
