Recommend methods to improve network provider compliance to health plan quality activities, including HEDIS rates and efforts to increase provider compliance to practice guidelines, such as newsletter articles, provider outreach and interventions, provider handbook content and provider feedback groups.
As a Sr. Manager of Quality Engineering, on a day-to-day basis, you will lead an organization of close-knit SDE/SDE/T / Quality Engineers and Managers that are incredibly technical, agile, data driven, and highly collaborative.
Works with insurance brokers and Finance team to facilitate implementation of annual insurance strategy. Ensures that all subcommittees of the Quality Committee meet as required and facilitates subcommittee reporting to Quality Committee.
