This role is responsible for leading teams to drive cost out of the system while delivering on customer experience. As a core function to NA Fulfillment, this role requires working across functional teams to develop process improvements as well as deliver results on key metrics.
The right candidate will possess a strong technical program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and will have a deep technical background in current web technologies.
This role requires working with business teams across the company to define requirements and high level process/system solutions; leading cross-functional business and development teams and managing the timelines for all teams to support project launches.
Develops, implements, and manages contracts for products, equipment and services for the use by PeaceHealth and affiliate member customers consistent with policies. Encourages and reports member contract compliance.
The ideal candidate not only has exceptional account and partner management skills but also strives in a start - up environment where he / she is comfortable with ambiguity and willing to roll up his or her sleeves to get things done.
In this role, you will be partner closely with Sales, acting as the supply chain operations representative for the region/subsidiary for key accounts, developing and driving account plans and joint value strategies.
The successful candidate will achieve strong category growth, add new selection for our customers, develop & strengthen business relationships, deliver weekly and monthly business reviews, lead negotiations, partner on marketing and promotions, and drive operational improvements.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate proven skills in managing internal and external relationships, have a solid acumen for Supply Chain, business process and performance management and demonstrate deep experience in running an end-to-end supply chain.
