In this role, the selected candidate will serve as the project manager and day to day communication liaison with our clients, create client deliverables, contribute to client management and new business activities, and participate in the creation of new intellectual capital.
This role is responsible for new business development, as well as catching and closing new business opportunities. SRC conducts a personal risk management assessment of the prospects portfolio and identifies the solutions and placement strategy to address their needs, and ensures a seamless transition to the Client Advisor.
This role will report directly into the Director of Sales Strategy and Enablement and work closely with senior-level stakeholders. Due to the cross-functional nature of sales commission, you will be required to collaborate with all levels and departments of the organization including Sales, Finance, HR, and Business Analytics as well as the Senior Leadership Team.
