The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background with a working knowledge of SQL. The role requires an ability to work cross functionally with business, marketing and product teams to understand our audience, influence product features and design + launch campaigns.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will create data structures for business intelligence analytics by gathering business and functional requirements and then translating those requirements into scalable solutions that work well within the overall data architecture.
In this role, you will analyst, creating reports, using metrics and data to backup business cases, planning, and decisions.
Experience in using databases in a business environment with large-scale data sets.
In this role, the selected candidate will
build models and perform predictive analytics for customer engagement, lead scoring, customer segmentation, down-stream impact (DSI), customer churn, lifetime value (LTV) cross-sell recommendations, win-loss analysis etc.
Responsible for developing productive partnerships with business stakeholders and technical team members, as well as producing, grooming, prioritizing, and overall timely management of the requirements product backlog and developing user acceptance criteria.
