As an Assistant Facilities Manager with Hines, you will act in a supporting role for a client's operations, take ownership of certain elements of the facilities operations scope of work, run projects, and provide response and coordination of resolution for specific requests.
Responsible for the administration of the daily business operations of the dialysis clinic including managing the functions and actions related to the center staff, quality of overall provision of patient care, maintenance of the physical plant and center equipment, and inventory control.
The Facilities PM collaborates with FHCRC Facilities Planning, EPMO, SCCA leadership, stakeholders, and vendors. The PM will indentify project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. The PM is responsible for tracking project timelines, budgets, scopes, and quality objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will supervise salaried and hourly personnel engaged in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and facilities activities supporting Production and/or Distribution departments.
In this role, you will manage projects of various sizes and scope and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors representing Construction and Facilities Team.
