As an Assistant Facilities Manager with Hines, you will act in a supporting role for a client's operations, take ownership of certain elements of the facilities operations scope of work, run projects, and provide response and coordination of resolution for specific requests.
The Global Accounts Manager (GAM) Cleaning, Breakroom & Facilities Solutions (CBFS) expands and develops relationships with strategically important large customers specifically targeting Cleaning and Breakroom solutions. With named customer assignments, the Global Accounts Manager CBFS is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will supervise salaried and hourly personnel engaged in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and facilities activities supporting Production and/or Distribution departments.
In this role, you will manage projects of various sizes and scope and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors representing Construction and Facilities Team.
Works on initiatives and issues characterized by both diverse scope and significant complexity. Resolves complex issues, where analysis of the situation or data requires in-depth knowledge of both the technical areas (engineering, energy, operations) and the organization.
Responsible for the administration of the daily business operations of the dialysis clinic including managing the functions and actions related to the center staff, quality of overall provision of patient care, maintenance of the physical plant and center equipment, and inventory control.
