The physical therapist assistant treats patients who have been evaluated by a physical therapist, communicates pertinent medical findings to the physical therapist, follows the treatment plan dictates by the physical therapist, and practices within the scope of their license.
Maintains and updates files of all applicable regulatory documentation for IACUC or IRB (including protocols, approvals, amendments, modifications, etc.) as well as any communications with the sponsor or any other Federal or regulatory office (including prior approvals, change in scope, etc.).
The candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision and deadline sensitivity. As such, the candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organizing logistics.
In this role, the selected candidate will be assisting attorneys and/or clients with domestic patent filings. You must have exceptional attention to detail, top notch organizational skills and be proactive.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel.

This position will report directly to the Program Administrator. S/he will represent the department or program head to a variety of individuals and organizations. This position works with a high level of independence and is often privy to confidential information.
